If you haven’t seen the 2023 film Anatomy of a Fall, you’ll want to watch it to understand the importance of Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band’s PIMP. The steel drums, the extreme volume, the undertones of toxic masculinity… the song seals the deal for this film.
Christina might have been a little more on the nose… (or on the ear?) with her pick. Yikes. Mr. Tarantino chose “Stuck in the Middle With You” by Stealers Wheel for one of the most horrifyingly memorable scenes in a movie (that she’s seen, at least).
